This page explains what information the NeuroThrive Health™ website collects, how we use it and the choices you have.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the neurothrive.health website. It doesn’t cover the health information you share once you’re in the NeuroThrive™ program.
Once you’re in the program, your records and notes are kept in a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system, and your video sessions take place on a private, HIPAA-compliant Zoom account.
Information you give us
When you request a consultation, the form asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to share it
- The best time of day for a video call
- Who the consultation is for (you, a loved one or both), if you choose to answer
The form asks you not to include health information. We’d rather talk through those details privately on your video call.
If you email us at hello@neurothrive.health, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to you and schedule your no-cost video consultation.
We don’t use it for anything else, such as marketing emails.
Who can see it
Consultation requests are collected by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and sent to our inbox at hello@neurothrive.health, which runs on a HIPAA-compliant Google Workspace account. Only our coaching staff see them.
We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone outside NeuroThrive™, apart from the services that run our website and email.
Your self-assessment answers
The brain health self-assessment on our home page runs entirely in your web browser. Your answers aren’t saved or sent to us or anyone else, and they disappear when you leave the page.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts and code are stored on our own site, so your visit isn’t shared with other companies’ servers.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
How long we keep it, and your choices
If you’re a NeuroThrive™ client, you can ask to see your notes at any time by emailing hello@neurothrive.health.

Children
This website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
